Spent thousands on a transmission for a customer. it's been almost 3 months, absolutely no calls or updates. Every week we call to check on status, they use same excuse that they were waiting on a "special part" and will ship out by end of week. Last time I called I was interrupted every time I tried to explain that the service I was getting was absolutely unacceptable. Then hung up on because I had an attitude? Poor customer service, still haven't received transmission. Absolutely displeased.
Spent thousands there a few years ago on injectors, FICM, and tuner with 3 custom tunes. Injectors were junk. The shop did all the work and I maintained the truck very well. Injectors crapped out quickly. Cutomer servivice also sucks. It's actually easier to drive down to talk to them.
Plus side, mileage and power went up some after the work but more lag from the start than stock.
