Took my truck to get washed. When they were finished I looked over the job and noticed my back windshield was hit and damaged. I told an employee and they told me to tell the manager. I did and ill I got is there is no possible way it was on them and they will do noting to fix it. Be very careful taking you vehicle here. They take no liability in there equipment or employees.
With a name like Full Throttle these guys sure like to pump the breaks a lot.....there were 5 or 6 cars waiting to be finished up and half the wipe-down crew went on break. My vehicle sat for 20 minutes after the wash before they started on the detail. Shouldn't have to wait for an hour plus to get a $20 car wash
new owners bought this place and the customer service and employees are not the same anymore...
I have a 2002 Blazer. The prior owner apparently super-glued the radio antenna in place. I am a semi-regular customer and most of the employees knew that the antenna could not be removed, plus I informed them of the fact and signed a waiver in case the automatic wash machinery broke the antenna. Before my vehicle even exited the car wash, the manager informed me that a new employee had broken the antenna in an attempt to remove it. She asked me to make an appointment with a local mechanic to have it replaced and that Valley Pride would pay the bill. It cost $130 to replace the antenna and Valley Pride paid, no questions asked. Upstanding outfit! Also, this must be a good place to work, as most of the employees have been there for a considerable time.
