Went in with cracked tooth. They took X-rays (billed Medicaid) and set appt for 6 months later. 6 months later they X-ray again (billed Medicaid) and try to send me on my way. Turns out that when they scheduled me all they put me in for was more X-rays. New appt in 4 months for extraction. 4 months later I was turned away for blood pressure of 135. Went to dr to check blood pressure (who also billed Medicaid) and he said I was fine. So I am still in pain over a year later, nothing has been done, nothing will be done. I have to schedule in pueblo I guess.
this place is a joke they lied about my appointment they waisted 4 hours of my time. Dentists in monte vista way better service
It took a year and a half, of the WORSE care I have EVER received, to get my teeth fixed. Forgotten by the "patient navigator" who gave me continuous "misinformation", who cancelled and rescheduled appointments so many times I didn't know if I was coming or going. AND to top the hell I went through off; I got thrown under the bus for finally complaining over a year into this mess. Oh, and the incompetence was denied by the incompetent, and wasn't addressed by administration. Instead, I was treated like a hardened criminal. I'm hoping that who ever regulates this place shuts the snake oil salesmen down. I couldn't be more disgusted!
