Tim the manager, gave me 2 week's worth of daily contacts FREE!!! Absolutely refused to charge me a dollar.
Had warranty issues with my glasses and my wife's, when we took them in for repair the frames were no.longer available. Had to have a friend come back to drop off the frames due to us living an hour away and the staff here was overheard badmouthing us for wanting to have our glasses replaced! Most of the girls that work here are snobby and don't have a clue about customer service. The guy that works here is annoying and pushy and talks at you rather than to you. They even mailed us just the lenses and the frames went to the store! Had to make an extra 2hr round trip due to their mistake, then they wanted me to pay them to have the completed glasses sent to me. All five of our family has gone here for glasses but we will not be returning. The Dr himself is a pleasant man to work with but his staff has ruined it for us.
We were visiting family when my wife's glasses earpiece broke. We went in to ABBA and they replaced both earpieces to match and adjusted them better than they had been originally. Super fast and friendly service. If we lived anywhere close to Alamosa, we'd definitely be going here for our glasses. Unfortunately, St. Louis is a little too far from Alamosa. Took my small son to get his eyes checked. Very friendly and considerate staff. Good with children. Very happy with the visit as a whole.
