I stood here for 45 minutes trying to trade a system in while the workers reamined socializing on the contrary that I had all ready spoken to another employee about my transaction. They refused that the statements the first employee I spoke to were false leading me to a uneducated and time wasting response to give me absolutely nothing for what I came in for. THEN I had to wait another 30 minutes while they handled the rest of the employees in the store before I was even looked at whilst I had all ready been there for an hour in total. Worst customer service in all of southern Colorado and the SLV. Save your money, materials, and time they don't give you anything for what you have.
Employees are nice. Store is clean. Your average GameStop experience.
The pre own prices were to high, old video games were like 30 buck's.
