I used this floral shop to send a dozen roses to someone very special to me at Adams State. The customer service was excellent, I called and ordered roses that were cut and delivered within the hour i ordered them. Prices are fairly consistent with other floral shops I have gone to, but i have never seen such a nice looking dozen roses in my life. If you live in Alamosa or the surrounding area, this floral shop is the only place to get flowers from.
'It's okay' is a fine way to describe it. Arguable the best service at the moment you can get for flowers in Alamosa, but when you consider the service of its competitors that's not saying much for it.
Just as I placed my order I inquired about the finer details for example vase size, color, filler, etc. Its a flower shop after all. Custom orders and such. Industry standard type stuff.

The owner spout me a phrase about how high reputation they have and uphold, and then literally immediately after, comically even, she gave me a "k, thnx, bye. click."

My mother-in-law ordered a beautiful bouquet of various yellow, white, and blue flowers to be delivered to our hospital room when we had our 3rd baby. The flowers were gorgeous, perfectly bloomed, came in a lovely vase tied with blue ribbon, and they have stayed fresh for days! It's nearly been a week and they haven't even begun to wilt, I expect they'll stay beautiful for at least a few more days. Very pleased with our experience!
Perhaps it was Valentines Day fluster, but they were blatantly not interested in discussing an arrangement, forcing the conversation forward in an 'are you gonna order or not' sort of way that almost made things awkward. Hey Accent On Flowers, I would like to hear the details of the vase and the flower filling I am spending nearly $100 on. Guess what? You should never be 'too busy' to explain details of the product that is making you 'too busy' in the first place. I know, its deep huh?
Am I exaggerating? Was I told the total amount, taxes and hefty delivery charge, soon to be charged to my credit card? Will my Valentines Day arrangement even be delivered on valentines day? They all have the same answer...
