Completely and utterly rude to the customers, regardless if they talk on the phone or if they go into the store. They NEVER get the payment days right each month they have changed my payment date, calling my boss at work as well as NEVER BOTHERING TO CONTACT ME. Went into the store got nothing but attitude from the employee's and it took them damn near an half hour to process my payment while i was in the store.
Did me right. Needs improvement on delivering. Good sales assistant.
Place is a joke. They claim to work with you and then when you try to make different arrangements because of unforseen circumstances, NOBODY helps. Called the higher up from Alamosa and was told that no matter who I call, (higher up than him) they weren't going to help me. Paid a large sum of money for a product and then ran into personal problems, so I didn't need the product anymore. Initially I asked for my money back and was told no. So, I asked if I could get something within the price that I had already given them. I was told no and it was too bad for me because that money was lost. Will NOT reccomend anyone to buy anything from here.

My story is actually quite sad when my husband and I lived in Las Vegas New Mexico we purchased a very nice bed from Aaron's for $900 and when we lived in Guymon Oklahoma we purchased our brand new laptop I have never had any problems with Aaron's always thought they were a top store that was until I decided to buy furniture at the Alamosa store in Alamosa Colorado my first two three payments were on time perfect like clockwork cuz I've always paid my bills and for the first time in my life I found myself in a situation where my bills were going to be late so I went into the store in person in good faith to see if they would help me for a month or two till I could get back on my feet and they were very nice they said it was awesome that I came in person and they said they were going to help me so when I had to get back to him a couple weeks later and tell him that I just still couldn't do it the guy was very nice and he said that he would accept half a payment and so I said okay these guys are really good they're trying to help me and I was pretty impressed well no sooner did I get off the phone with them and make half a payment and associate from Aaron's came up to my this didn't happen once but twice in a two-week span and it was after I had already made arrangements with someone named Jason who said he was going to help me I feel like they have harassed me and made me feel really small and so I told them that since I gave them my last $50 a week ago and they promised me that I would have until the 1st with my furniture I'm going to keep it and enjoy it till the 1st and on the 1st they were more than welcome to come and pick it up and I take excellent care of my stuff so they will be able to sell it again I'll just have to find a couch somewhere else because they don't communicate with each other and they don't care about their customers
