I will go - and in fact have gone - QUITE a distance out of my way to visit Le Petite. Such a fabulous place, with just about every kitchen item you can think of (and quite a few you can't). I first discovered them when they were in their original premises on the town square - after they almost burst at the seams they moved to the new, current, premises and seemed to double the inventory overnight! Things I've bought here range from bamboo toast tongs to a pastry crimper; from silicon wine bottle stoppers for $1 each to dark chocolate pancake mix. And probably more. It's at least as much fun to browse as it is to buy and if you're lucky there might be a cooking demo going on in the kitchen up the back.
Lots of cool gadgets for the kitchen. Staff is always helpful and never pushy.
