was the only customer in the establishment. while finishing up my pedicure, i ran my fingers across my heels. immideiately, i was rushed to put my flip flops on and pay. my heels were not smooth. im only passing thru town, dont wanna argue so i left. i pass thru this town frequently; yet, i wont stop here again.
I made an appt and went for a white/pink fill. They used a paint and dip technique I hadn't seen before. When I got home and had time to look at them they looked awful. They were thick at the base and at the ends and wavy as can be. My bad for not inspecting them before I left. I thought it was expensive at the time but even more so since I had to bust out a file and fix them. While I was there if a walk-in came in they just told them they were too busy even though I was the only customer and she was not doing anything. Needless to say I won't be back and would not recommend them to anybody. Good luck Alamosa.
The lady is so rude. She acts like she doesn't like what she is doing and she does not have good behavior towards customers. Every time I go in she tells me she is busy, when clearly she is not doing anything.
I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone unless you are desperate to get a rebase or fix a nail (since there's never really people there.) When I went to get a full set, they charged me extra because I wanted my nails a little longer then the man was trying to cut them. I'm from Denver and I've never been charged for having it a tiny bit longer then the size of my REAL NAIL UNDERNEATH. The man was very rough and I numerous times yelled, Ouch, or can u not be so rough and he ignored me. The place is dirty looking and when a girl came in to get a wax she was sat right next to me and got her eye brows done right there, looked uncomfortable and I didn't see any cleaning. They tried to get me to tip before they painted and I almost laughed...I didn't want to tip at all, with all the extra costs already its a college town! Common!
Wow. I walked in the guy looked at me and then said something b to the lady and she looked up said oh we are to busy.... didn't even ask what I needed done....
