They have been our plumber for 14 years. They are thorough and clean up after themselves. They have kept our 25 year old heater going and have seen us through the multiple problems caused by the changes in Alamosa's water over the last few years.

Steffens Plumbing is one of the most conscientious/ethical businesses I have dealt with. Whenever, I have called they have responded in a timely manner, even if it was urgent and I needed them there now! Prices are fair and workmanship is professional. I would not hesitate to recommend them!
Recently, they replaced all our galvanized pipe which were damaging zone valves in our heating system.
Canceled a estimate just a few business days before the appointment they gave me three weeks ahead of time. Already had flights and crews planned on being there and they still couldn't make a effort to show up and give me a bid. Very unprofessional. The secretary called and spoke to me instead of the owner who was canceling. I never comment on google but this place was exceptionally disappointing and I wouldn't want anyone else wasting their time or money. Wish I could give 0 stars!
Call someone else if u need a plumber soon. Told me someone would be out that day and they call me the next day asking if I would want them to come out 24 hours later. NO THANKS
