My experience was aweful! I was there from 2:30 in the afternoon to 9:00 p.m. I asked for a simple ombre and the gentlemen fried all my hair and died it all completely blonde. This is not what I asked for and my hair is breaking and was way to expensive. I would not recommend going here. They are unexperienced and should not be qualified to do hair!
I used them for nails and hair for my girls and myself for my wedding. I had to pay upfront for all the services when I booked them months ahead of the wedding. When it came time for everything to get done 2 girls didn't end up being able to get their nails done, my step mother got a nail infection in her foot, and they painted 2 more girls with regular polish instead of the shellac that I had paid for. The day of my wedding Philip said if I came in the week after, he would refund me for the money I over paid from girls not getting their nails done, or not getting shellac. When I went in he refused to give me my money back. Terrible customer service and VERY unprofessional. I'll never set foot in this salon again.
As my family and I walked in (we were a large group) we were greeted instantly and offered water. As James our nail techinician got things ready for our pedicure we chose our nail polishes. James was so nice to us the whole time! He carried conversation with us and was never rude for one moment! He was wonderful! For my toe nails I didn't have a design in mind so I told him to be creative and he was! I love my nails so much and my sister's toe nails came out amazing too (chevron print). He went above and beyond for us! Philip was also amazing after he finished the perm that he was doing he sat and chatted with us too. It was a great experience for an amazing price! I will for sure be going back!
