Called several times to try to make an appointment, no one answered. When I finally made an appointment, drove 30 minutes to get there, was 10 minutes late due to a train. Tried calling to let them know, no one answered. I showed up the girl I was supposed to see had already left! Horrible customer service.

BUTCHERED my hair. I hate leaving bad reviews but this is highly reviewed on Facebook. I guess I got unlucky? Would post a picture if I could, long layers and an inch off turned into a long mullet.
