The eye tech was very rude and disrespectful to me and my kids. I have been going in this store for many years and have never been treated so poorly. The Eye doctor is awesome! The person who sells the glasses is Awesome but the eye tech is rude and disrespectful!!
My husband has been wearing accuvue 2 lenses because those are the only lenses that fit his eyeball. Well the doctor here advised my husband they were discontinued. So my husband tries these two hundred dollar lenses and they keep popping out of his eyes and this offices refuses to give my husband the script that he needs. 1800 contacts even tried to help us but wasn't able to get a response. I have voice my displeasure to the local office even cancelled the appointments that I had scheduled because of how this doctor is doing my husband
