Everytime I go here, the doctors do not even bother to listen to my personal concerns and experiences. They constantly push putting me on the steroid medication I request to not be put on everytime I am sick rather than giving me an antibiotic. Because of this, I got pnuemonia for a month last year. Now, they do not even answer their phones. You have to leave a voicemail, and they only get back to you sometimes. If they do call back, they also seem to always have horrible timing. People have lives- you should take the phone call when they call and not force everything to be by your schedule. The medical system here is a joke, and I am seriously concerned how any of the employees here graduated. If I could give negative stars I would.
The doctors I've dealt with have been knowledgeable and willing to listen to my concerns and never forced me into any treatment I wasn't comfortable with. If the problem you have is beyond their expertise they have great suggestions of specialty doctors all over Colorado. The nurses are top notch and even though they are running ragged trying to see so many patients and help in every way possible they keep a smile on their face and continue to give great customer service. They usually have same day appointments which is the huge benefit of a small town.
