Poor customer service.. your closing time on your website say 6:30 made a trip was there at 5:30 store was closed. Big R is getting my service
Almost always live up to name of helpful hardware men and women.
Great products but customer service is not good I went in there and there is nothing but lazy kids that point instead of walking you to were the product is. My business goes to Big R in monte vista where people walk you threw were the product is and they have positive attitudes and greetings.
