Ordered some tools online here got an email saying they were in. Then when I went to pick them up I was told that they had already sold my tools to someone else. Had to wait even longer for them to reorder my tools because they didn't carry them in stock. Vary bad service here wouldn't recommend you buy online here very disorganized. Manager seems to always have an excuse for why the service sucks here. Your better of shipping to your home.

Terrible customer service. The guy answering everyone's concerns didn't even follow up with me after I emailed him about my experience.... Worth the drive to a different Sears.
Horrible selection of tools. In other Sears store you have a variety of individual tools and is nice when you just need that one socket or die.
