Dishonest and corrupt. Stole my security deposit after I cleaned the house thoroughly after moving out. Do not deal with them.
Overall the worst renting experience in my life. Charged me for problems that we're their fault, had to clean the apartment the day we moved in, had to aggressively call them repetitively to get them to perform basic matience and fulfill the terms of the lease. I would never rent with them if I had a choice.

I have never had a better experience buying a house and now having them manage it for us. Darlene is one of the most honest people I have ever met in real estate. Wouldn't think twice about using them again.
Nice people. But will absolutely screw you over on your security deposit. I cleaned my apartment head to toe except for the inside of the oven (just because I forgot) and they charged me $100 to clean it and to change 3 blinds. Also to clean the carpets on this apartment they charged me almost $200 to clean a tiny two bedroom apartment. They're ridiculous with prices.
