I would definitely not describe this agency as professional. From the start the realtor selling the property I was interested in would not even meet with me until I made it clear that I would buy it outright. I bought the property through Maria Lopez Harper as a quick sale. After the sale, said realtor was very dismissive whenever I called her and she even called me "kid" during one conversation. After over a month of waiting for the deed in the mail while being reassured that it was on the way, I called the county records office to find out she had sent it to the wrong address. This was the worst customer service I've ever received from any institution.
