The frys were cold but other than that everything else was good
Dirty restaurant people were OK most times the food is OK when they get it right but I guess it's better than McDonald's that is across the street.. And of course right after I posted this I ordered a whopper junior with cheese heavy pickle heavy onion and I get a bun with pickles onions and cheese no mayo no lettuce no ketchup and no meat.
Play area is too hot..too many flies while your eating..would be nice to have the tv on..ice machine is too slow..food we ordered was good.
Even if it's occasionally crappy, it's still the best place in town for a burger worth eating and the employees don't act like you should bow to them for providing a service they are paid for.
Worst customer service... EVER! My girlfriend had a complaint about the way her Whopper Jr looked and the "manager" grabbed the burger out of her hand and rudely said "well what do you want? Another buger or your money back?" No polite service or any calm way to remedy the situation, just a rude demeanour and an attitude of why are you bothering me with your complaint. They even had the gall to joke and laugh about it in the back where we could hear and see the whole crew doing it! I guess this place is definitely not "have it your way"... it's "quit bothering me with your problems and go away". Well, it will be we'll just go away and never eat there again, or spend our money either. Way to go there, BK!
