Really big on caring for your pet
Full time RVers visiting the area from out of state. We had to rush our dog Gator, (Dachshund) to the vet for two different emergencies over 3 days. The first was a strained muscle in one of his back legs. The other was a rattlesnake bite to one of his eyes saving me from being bitten. Both times we called the office before our arrival and they were great, both on the phone and in person! We could not have asked for better one on one care. Carla, our vet there was absolutely fantastic! She kept Gator overnight and administered anti-venom. We even found her walking Gator outside herself on one of our many visits back to check on him.
Dr. Ratzlaff is the best vet I have been to with my American bully "king" ... I showed him a picture of my old bully "Caine" , and asked him to duplicate the ear cropping Caine had. I asked him if he wanted me to leave the picture and he told me he has been doing crops for 23 years and he was more than confident on moving forward with the crop... Although the picture was old and fuzzy dr ratzlaff was able to duplicate the ears almost identically!! They are so even and perfectly "belled"... Thanks Tyler !, Your awesome. We will drive from Durango again for this quality!
