Nice enough but it's seen better days. It's a convenient location and has a pool and water slide, which is really nice. You get a free breakfast at the attached restaurant. There was a pretty bad smell in our room, years of smoke and stank, but we got over that quick. A.C. worked good, staff is friendly and helpful. If they did some updating and deep cleaning it's a 4 star rating. I would stay again despite its faults.

Never book an event here or plan to stay after. The staff is unprofessional and the venue is just gross. There is a deep musk that lingers as long as you're in the building. Cosmetically it seems nice at first, until you start to pay attention and notice cracked tiles, old dressers and nightstands, disgusting tubs and limescale caked shower heads, loose wiring, holes in walls, bad plumbing, no smoke or carbon monoxide detectors, cockroaches in the sinks of suites, and very rude and unprofessional staff. For our event, their staff and catering was terrible. The hotel booked an event the day they should have been setting up ours, so our party ended setting up mostly by ourselves. To top it off, the food was 2 hours late, poorly served, prepared and maintained. (My mashed potatoes were crusty by the time my plate reached me). They offered amenities that weren't available, such ass their water park that isn't operational. The also kept verbally harassing us all night and making threats. Long story short, just don't come, it isn't the same way it used to be and went very downhill.

If i could rate this establishment a zero i would. My son had been planning a event here for months. For starters they double booked the hall. The waterfall area where there ceremony was going to take place was not set up we had to place the chairs and set up there microphone and speaker system. They had a dinner there when we should have been decorating and a breakfast the morning of the event which meant the room wasn't available till 11am. The woman that claimed to be corporate was more worried about making it to the parade then setting up the room. My husband and family friends had to set out tables, chairs, table cloths. Table were not skirted be rodeway staff. After the ceremony they would not let our guests into the hall cause they were trying to get the table settings on the tables. Our food was at least 2 hours late. Management came to my son around 11pm and was being very irritate demanding a outrages amount of money for miscellaneous and bogus charges she put her hands on my son physically and said she was calling the police. She locked a handful of guests out of there rooms she said till she got her money the police explained the she could not do that by law she also took all the center pieces and said they there her property now she was also told by the police that she could not do that. She also double charged our guest and/or charges them the wrong rate. My bank contacted me stating that there were fraudulent charges on my account in the amount of $500.00 X 2, $200.00 $100.00. I called the police back to the Rodeway and they told the manager that it was a felony to take the money out of account and she need to put the money back on my card. she accused me of having underage drunk people in my room which was false. which the Rodeway bartender was not carding people. There were no smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors in the rooms. the room are in such poor condition. THERE were cockroaches in my room. There is much much more horrific stuff i could say but i am sickened. THIS PLEACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!!

Awesome place. Clean, friendly staff. It is an older motel and you can tell it's older but still in fantastic shape. This is one of the nicest motels I have stayed at. Should I come this way again I will stay at no other place. I highly recommend this motel.

Nice! Drove through Colorado on vacation and the manager Liz was amazing! Great customer sevice. Friendly staff. And the rooms were nice.
