Wait a long period of time for a Dark Chocolate Oreo Concrete just to get charged more for a cookies and cream thing. Should probably just learn to make my own to avoid getting the wrong thing and overcharged.
So not for the first time I stupidly ordered food here thinking it might b good this time. Guess not burnt chili hard tater tots and not even a large order as I ordered. Never buying food here again.
Sold a burger full of black grill stuff, wouldn't replace burger because no receipt. Have pictures, calling corporate, maybe the health department too.
After getting off the phone with , got a call back from the Manager wanting to refund my order.
By that time, I was over it.
There is a reason EVERY RESTRAINT INCLUDING Mc. Donald's has better reviews in this town than this place. I went here the other night with my significant other and was treated terribly. Me, being a mildly bad driver pulled up to the window a TINY bit sideways. (I've parked a lot worse there before) It was cold so we looked at the menu through the window without rolling it down until we decided what we wanted. Once we had decided i began to roll down my window when i heard a male voice say something involving "try again". My motor was on and window not all the way down. I shut my motor off and I asked them to repeat several times, and waited.... and waited. About 20 minutes passed with complete silence and no one behind us. We kept speaking, and there was no response, until a car pulls up behind us. Finally a MANAGER comes out to throw boxes and says, "I cant hear you with the way you parked, drive around and try again. So, I pulled up to the window and placed my order there. The manager glared at us as we ordered, seeming to be upset that we didn't drive around. He threw trash in an aggressive manner and then stood still, no longer working. The car behind us, having 3 bags of food was served first, as we waited for our one bag of food. We waited, having already paid for another 15 minutes. Once receiving our food, the clerk said thank you and didn't give me receipt. I demanded one so I could report this rude behavior. After filling out the report, I was never emailed, called, texted, or notified it had really gone through other than the automated messages. I really think sonic has no clue they have a RUDE manager working there. Im still confused whether that manager was upset at my parking job, or the fact he had saw me and my boyfriend there a few days before (we are gay). Either way, I am never going to that grease trap again, because of that manager!
