The customer service at the Alamosa Home store is SUPURB! The store itself is a great addition to Alamosa. I love it! I grew up in Alamosa, but left many years ago. My mother, who still lives in Alamosa, made a purchase at the Alamosa Home store that she returned and received a store credit for. It was a complicated situation. Kelly Geddes, Manager, handled my mom's situation with such generosity and grace! I have NEVER encountered such an effort to please a customer as I found in Ms. Geddes. I so appreciate the effort that was made by Ms. Geddes and the owner, Mary, to make my mom a very happy customer. They went above & beyond! And I LOVE this store!! A++ ALL AROUND!
Kelly was great! This is a beautiful place with great products and the prices are very reasonable. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a mattress or any other home furnishings.
They have great furniture that are good quality. The employees are very friendly and were more than happy to help us. It is pricey though; you pay for the quality.
