Okay for a small town I suppose though prices a little high. It's such a rural area this works, I'm just spoiled from big city craft stores.
My wife and I decided to swing by and check you guys out. You were very kind to stick around answering questions and talking past closing time. Sadly we aren't locals, just on a Colorado road trip, or this would definitely be our store. For people reading the review, these guys have a lot going on. D&D, magic and yugioh, and a budding Warhammer scene. Lots of open space, plenty of tables. Come check it out!
As of7-24-2017 My experience w/ hobbytown has been TERRIBLE! The absolute RUDE and creepy treatment by salesperson. I have 3 projects they have not finished in over 6 months. They will not tell when the service tech will be in the store! How do u plan your 100 mile plus trip to a store, when service can be provided! This is unreasonable! The RUDENESS was very offensive. Each time by the same salesperson. I will deal w/ the owners on monday to alert them of this incredible treatment of a regular customer. This has cost me a lot of money due to incorrect repairs and complete confusion in the store. Good god, how absurd!
Great store really nice people. Prices are extremely competitive many times cheaper than online. Staff is knowledgeable and if they don't know they will find the answer for you.
Friendly, knowledgeable and Enthusiastic Staff! Answered a lot of my questions, and have a great selection of board games and non electronic based toys
